6. ATM Withdrawal Limit: 700 SGD per transaction, up to 6 transactions per day 
7. Withdrawal Restriction: Only for local purchases in Singapore, no cash withdrawal allowed

Application Requirements 

1. Passport required for application 
2. Applicants must be 18 years or older 
3. Each ID can apply for only one card of each type 
4. Not available in the following countries/regions: 
5. Mainland China, Afghanistan, Burundi, Belarus, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Central African Republic, Cuba, Eritrea, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, North Korea, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, Russia, Sudan, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Yemen, and Mali.
